summer touring about van/car thingy
 

I might be considering selling one of the bikes and getting something 4 wheel for doing a bit of exploring this summer. I would be looking for something with bags of room for tent, dog, pushbikes, etc, and even possibly the trail bike, maybe with the wheels out.
I'm not looking for a van, would want a bit of comfort. I did a bit of car park spotting and liked the Citroen Synergie, (slidey doors, tons of room, sunroofs etc), and can get a tidy one for under 2k. (maybe, thats just from a bit of ebay surfing).
Any suggestions what else I should be considering?
