Brakes Grabbing?

The Bike has been sitting in the same place for a little while and the brakes are grabbing, ive sprayed brake cleaner and cleaned them up and its still slightly grabbing.

has anyone got any ideas how to solve this?

i'd get the haynes and invest in a small tub Red Rubber grease

or print these out
