Homemade Biltong
Has anyone made it themselves? Got any hints or a 'how to' guide?
Cost us £8.50 for 100 grams at the weekend and i fancy giving it a go myself. Thanks Si. |

Have a look at http://www.biltongbox.com/biltong.html
Not tried it, have a bad habit of eating steak raw anyway. I'd probably just eat it now rather than wait a week to cure it.... Ian |
