Think it was, but only the newer "SV650s sport" that came with lower fairings as well.

When I bought my 09 Pointy it came with both a rear seat and a rear cowl and also my GSXR also came with both.

Most bike shops will sell them included with the bike. If buying private then read the advert, if its not mentioned then don't be afraid to ask if it comes with a rear cowl, a rear seat or both
