Misplaced my CD for my curvy, can anybody point me in the direction where to download a copy?

Think i need to update my Adobie or somthing to get these to run, not being computer frendly how do i do that?

Go to their site http://www.adobe.com/downloads/ then choose flash reader and flash player on the right.
