Flamin 'eck that guy is nuts, fair do's for being able to even get up and walk around.

That video reminds me of when I did my uni elective last summer - (as part of my degree I spent a few weeks at the Los Angeles Coroners [which was an unreal experience]). Anyway, they discuss solved cases once a week and we heard about this man who had been found dead with his head cracked open at the bottom of a flight of stairs.

The autospy of the unidentified male showed he was very drunk at the time - so you'd think it was a drunkard accident that ended badly. Well after some investigations they found a youtube channel named 'chuckie the neighbourhood drunk'. A group of guys would go up to this person, give him $10 to down alcoholic drinks in one go, then upload them to youtube. We saw some of the videos and this guy was literally dowing 35cl+ tequilas/vodka bottles in about 10seconds - it was truly horrendous.

We then saw the video where he actually died. The same group of guys were filming him going down some stairs after another booze for cash exchange, the guy missed the handraile and fell from about 5stairs up cracking his head open instantly, too drunk to put arms out for protection.

They concluded it was homicide and the guys filming him were held accountable for his death. I dunno if the guy in the op's video actually took the dollar or what, but just as well it didn't end nastily.

Don't go offering people money for dangerous antics - could come back to screw you over.

For someone to suggest doing that to someone who's clearly high/drunk off their tits is the most irresponsible thing I've probably ever seen... That's pure idiocy.
