You don't actually say what it's like as a communication device, just what it is like for listening to music.

Have you tested this yet? Would be interesting to see how it compares to the scala seeing as it's a third of the price.

do'h lol i think i lost that bit in one of the takes... I will put an amend on... they are quite good, they work up to 500m which i would say is pretty accurate, at high speed my mate says that i begin to break up but for some odd reason he doesnt so it could be down to his ageing ears :)

It might just be that his helmet is more prone to noise at high speed. The radio thinks he's speaking and cuts off the incoming audio. You don't notice this because you're speaking at the time so your incoming audio is also off.

If so, you should get clicks and short bursts of helmet noise from him when neither of you are speaking. But at high speed you might not notice them.

Of course I could be talking out of my .....

got mine now fitted, not bad really for the money. although the ear speakers are a bit hard against my ears and need to get some sort of cushiony cover on. Also got abit of crackle sometimes

they should fit underneath the straps.... there are holes in the helmet for them.
