Novelty horn?

Like Dukes of Hazard.

draw scalpel across forehead, peel back skin, break hard surface underneath, scoop out a couple of handfuls of the soft stuff below, superglue skin flap back in place.......

Or 2LB club hammer to the left temple until desire goes away.

Airhorns for the authentic wheezy sound. I had those on my Mini in the late eighties. It was funny for about 10 minutes but YMMV.

Dead easy to fit. You just need to find somewhere to mount five airhorns (one for each note) and the compressor - that would be the tricky part.
