Urgent! SV Fork swap/ calliper help

Ive spent the last 3 weeks reading through posts and replies about fork conversions. Im almost there now but i have one quick question.
Ive just bought some K1 GSXR 1000 forks for the swap (for a pretty price). Now looking at another swap someone used K3 GSXR 1000 callipers which went together with 320mm SRAD/BUSA rotors, SRAD 750 axle, SRAD 750 wheel and all was good.
I also understand the GSXR 1000 K1-K3 forks are interchangeable with gsxr 750 Y, K1-3 forks. So does that mean the callipers are aswell?
The reason i ask is he rang me to say he had some spare GSXR 750 Y callipers which he could do at a good price. Will these fit ok with the SRAD wheel/320mm rotors and GSXR 1000 fork?
Sorry i know its a bit long winded and i hope i made sense.....
Any help appreciatted...

The 4 pots(750) are better than the 6 pots(1000), but I can't remember disc diameter.

I think the forks are a direct swap so i guess they are interchangeable but i just need to confirm this lol Im getting myself really confused!

K1-2 1000 calipers will fit Y-K3 750/600 forks
4 pots from Y-K3 600/750 will fit 1000K1/2 forks
Both use 320 rotors same as SRAD

Wheel is a bit different but not much, will fit.

If you use SRAD wheel in K1 fork, rotors will be 1mm further out each side, probably fit fine.
However bearings are 7mm wider, this should work fine if you shim spindle nut out by 3.5mm.

Here is thread of dimensions to check measurements yourself

Your a star thanks a lot yorkie_chris!
If i use the SRAD wheel i think i will turn off some 1mm spacers for the rotors so everything lines up. And also turn a spindle spacer

Re: Urgent! SV Fork swap/ calliper help

If the rotors are spaced out by and extra 2mm then your saying that the callipers are sitting at 134mm apart not 132mm. So cant i just use any gsxr wheel after SRAD. ie with a 132mm rotor spacing and a 129.5mm wheel bearing spacing? Therefore i dont have to turn off spacers. Havent bought a wheel yet so i can just get the easiest for the swap. Thanks

Oh right thought you already had SRAD wheel.

If using K1-3 forks and yokes then use that model of wheel, then it obviously drops straight in.

Only thing to do with SRAD then is rotors, which happen to be exactly same parts whether they are SRAD or K1-3

Well i want to use SRAD yokes to keep the steering lock (its a curvy). So its K1 1000 forks on SRAD yokes?

Re: Urgent! SV Fork swap/ calliper help

Ah ok in that case use SRAD wheel and possibly shim the calipers inwards to line them up with disc.
