years ago whilst riding on the M8 i witnessed a guy having a shave, but that's not the end of it ooohhh nooo he was also reading his paper and had a coffee on the dash.

Not sure about pubic grooming, but a bloke shaving his face with an electric razor, is less dangerous than being on a hand held phone, and probably on a par with being on a hands free phone IMO.
