Advice on a 2003-Sv 650
 

Hello everyone,

Right to kick things of i know most of you here own SV's, previously owned them or know a lot about them. Therefore i need some advice in what to look for? I am coming from a Husqvarna supermoto so i am use to maintenance etc; but i have no idea on what are the common issues with an SV! I have a price and idea of what SV i want in mind (2005-2007) in the light blue/black/red, however some people say its called an SK6/SK7/SK4? Is this just another term of saying its a 2004?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated as i am keen to own a SV by early June. :confused:

Lastly are they hard to restrict with the newer models being fuel injected.

K4 is a 2004 model pointy SV.

SK4 is a faired 2004 model pointy SV.
