Convert Micro Fiche to PDF

I've been unable to find a parts fiche on the net for a Honda VT500E, theres plenty for the VT500C and VT500FT Ascot. So I got a fiche from ebay with the intension of putting it of the net for others to use.
Any ideas how I convert it, I wrongly thought my local library could help, but sadly not.
