GSXR Caliper adapters?

Does anywhere / anyone make adapter plates that enable better (i.e. GSXR calipers) to be used on the standard SV pointy set up.

I know there are those from the USA that everyone said were no good.

So what are my choices?

Buy good brake pads and master cylinder. There is nothing wrong with stock calipers, gsxr ones are not much better at all.
