Front suspension pre-load setting

In your opinion, what would be the best pointy front suspension pre-load setting (0 to 5) for a 6ft 14stoner?
Was set to 1 when got the bike and done a few hundred miles. Have set it to Mid 3 now but realy cannot tell the difference!

Very good article. I'll have a go at measuring the sags and suspension travel in useage. Thanks Bibio.

As YC says full in.

You'll be looking to replace the springs for a higher rate soon though.
