Blue Tongue Skink needing new digs

I have Blue Tongue Skink that I very unfortunately don't have the time to handle anymore so I have to make the decision to get him a new home.
He is a little hissy when first picked up but soon calms down.

He doesnt come with living quaters as his viv is built into the wall.

I also have a 5ft corn snake that is looking for a new home. He comes with living quaters :)

When you say don't have time to look after them......

How much looking after do they need? I assume they need heat-lamps etc....

Rough idea of what they cost to keep?

It's a case of handling tommy.
They both have, heat mats and the BTS has a heat lamp and UV light unit.
The snake needs feeding one mouse every week and the BTS needs salad, mealworms, mouse, dog food, crickets etc every week (he is fussy)

Do they smell, my lad has a bearded dragon in his room and it stinks. yes i know it could be my lad.

I have a Painted Dragon and an Green Iguana in my sitting room. No smell at all. I would say he needs to clean out the tank more often.
