Is there anyone out there who may have a gazebo/marquee type tent job that we could borrow to shelter orgers at the AR?

Dalesbridge is an exposed site, and IF it rains our BBQ will be ruined:(

It would have to be quite large, with sides on it would be preferable. I've been looking for ages, but so far any found are not suitable if they were caught by a gust of wind!

I think I still have mine. I'm not coming to AR but I'm sure someone could pick it up?

Edit to add - it is only about 4ftx4ft no sides either but I suppose every little helps. Anyway the offer is there if you want it

Aye, I wasn't sure if you'd secured one. I was a tad worried if it would be suitable for shelter if it was to slash it down, so I thought I'd hatch a plan B.
