Braided hoses

Hello,

Im thinking of buying some braided lines and have seen a set going of the two line type. At present the standard setup is one line from master cylinder to a splitter block and then two short lines, one to each caliper.

This Goodridge set I'm thinking about has two long lines. How are they connected to the master cylinder? Where is the splitter?

No splitter, just a long banjo bolt at the master cylinder to take both lines from that point to each caliper.

Two direct lines from the master cylinder to each caliper is always the better way to go. :)

I didn't say that right. Two lines, one to each caliper direct from the master cylinder is what I meant to say.

Just out of interest does anyone know the size and thread for a double banjo bolt for an sv650s sk4. The lines Ive seen are just lines not a kit so there's no double banjo bolt. Many seem to be m10 x 1.00mm

I would get a kit as you get new banjo bolts and copper washers. Otherwise, Ebay for standard double banjo. Otherwise ring Goodridge or Hel and ask.
