Hey all. I picked up my 08 sv650sf (upper and lower plastics) a couple months ago. I live in Tampa, FL, USA and am an MSF Ridercoach. I mostly ride sport bikes but tried the SV at my dads suggestion (a VStrom lover) and really enjoy the Vtwin torque. Not sure if there is a place to introduce yourself but just seeing what kinds of people own SVs. Thus far the majority use them as track bikes but this is actually my commute bike. What is everyone else's stories?

i think we are just the UK equivilent, or they are the US equivilent :-P
but we are definatly nicer :D (and maybe a bit more crazy...)
anyway, welcome :) my SV is mainly for commuting and some fun at the weekends :-P
