Insurance claims? - XS, how much you got & premium rise?

Just about to put one in and was wondering how others faired when doing this?

What happened
What needed done
What you got
What you NCB's were
What was you premium was before and after.

Should i expect my rise in premiums to cause me to eventually pay it back!
