E-Cigerettes
 

Well its all the rave in my local at the moment. At least 5 lads & lasses have quit smoking using them lately, and I'm talking about hard core smokers 20+ years.

I bought one off the net and it arrived just yesterday, with mint flavoured cartridges. Havn't had a cig all day and don't want one, all though I have just now finished one cartridge (thats because I've had a few and puffin like trooper). Tastes good, doesn't smell and although i still have that "craving" its only slight and easily put to one side with a couple of drags on the e-cig.

Have any of you guys ever thought of quitting with it, or have stopped whilst using it as an aid?

I got mine from JAC Vapour, £40. I don't want to replace smoking with it, just want too use it as an aid.

I researched them for a friend a while ago and decided against it. I think it may have been studies showing them ineffective and in some cases unsafe? I cant remember now, ill check my chat log.

Several in my work have them. Huge clouds of steam rising from their desks, one has almost a dozen of the things themselves and has now taken to mixing his own oil for them.

Haven't had a go myself but some of the flavours he's got smell lush, one smells like cotton candy!

Some EU tw#t will ban them being used in work soon enough.

"Vaping" away since February on 18mg Nicotine mix (menthol and blended virginia flavours) about 1ml (one re-fillable tank cartridge) a day. Maybe 35p.

Love it. Especially in work. Especially being able to toke away in the pub. I always get a seat cos punters think I'm some nut flouting the smoking ban and its about to all kick off. But I always ask if its ok at the bar first. Never had a knock back although everybody you talk to about the things, it feels like you are a feckin salesman! I carry some cards now.
