New toy for a few weeks.
 

Just got hold of this 16GB Blackberry play-book on demo for a few weeks.
First impressions are OK, its a nice sleek design and feels nice in the hands. Its runs quite smooth and the OS isn't half as blocky as some of the android tablets I have been working with recently.
One thing that doesn't really bother me but I thought I would mention as everyone makes a big deal about this with apple devices is you have that huge "daunting task" of plugging an idevice into a computer running iTunes before you can use it. :rolleyes:
Well this play book needs a Internet enabled WiFi connection or a computer running blackberry desktop manager and active internet connection before you can do anything with it.
Will try and give a full review if i get the time when I have finished with it.

Apparently it will no longer be the case with iOS 5.

yeah not really a big deal anyhoo.
I have a few i-devices and the only time it bothered me was on the way home in the car after I purchased my ipad and tried to switch it on lol, that's just me being impatient though !

That was probably a security feature to keep you from using the iPad while driving :P
