throttle on a restricted sv

An old mate has been looking at a curve for his missus ( she's git a bandit at the mo) he's found one but he says its painfully slow but the throttle only turns an inch or so. So just wondering what the likly hood of it being restricted is? And how can he tell.

Also how's it going to compare to her blandit?

No official kit there to restrict SV by throttle stop (curvy anyway).
Take tank up and have a look.

Restricted SV is better than blandit.

I prefer cash, I like to think of it as folding alcohol...

Not a lot to stop it unless something has fallen in way or got snotted up. Better to have a look, maybe someone bodged something in.
