Where are people buying linear springs from?

Crunch time, need some better springs I think.

Since I fitted the braided lines its making the dive even more annoying.

Want linear, not progressive.

Had a look at Hagon but their website doesnt let you choose weight? And shows progressive only?

Maxton dont seem to offer an online store?

Opinions on spring rate please. Weigh about 8.5 stone kitted. Err on the side of stiffer than too soft. Opinions on oil and air gap too.

Main things I want to cure is diving on brakes and also excessive juddering on rapid successive bumps.

If this fails I'm going to work out a way to get my forks to YC so he can wave his magic wand at it and make it work...

Have decided GSXR front end is not an option right now due to cost/time.

Maxton ask you to send through your kitted up weight when you order.

Do the Gixer swap...you KNOW you want to!

I know I want to....but there are a number of issues/excuses!

I'm too cheap mainly. I know bargains come up but that would take too long ;)

I also lack a place to work on the bike for any significant amount of time, and with my skills or lack of, there's no way I could do it in a day.

Then there's the fact that Im still undecided on whether or not to actually just get a gixer. Don't want to do all this and just end up with a gixer anyway!

Linky? I did have a quick look but I couldn't see an online purchase option.

Or I'll look tomorrow, happen to be in bed now!

I got a set of ohlins linear springs from JHS http://www.jhsracing.co.uk/suspension.htm
they were and look to still be on special offer at 70 quid a pair. I just rang them and they asked my weight bike etc and sent a set out. The springs you will receive will be shorter than stock by some margin but i just made some spacers out of plastic tube...im sure theres a thread on it somewhere. HTH
