Cutting Converter
Hey guys.
Looking for some reassurance! Recently fitted a beowulf end can, followed the instructions on how far to cut behind weld and still hit a honey comb shape metal insert within the pipe. Left it in. So far no problems. Sounds great and performs really well. Am I in for a surprise in the future. My advice would be to cut 60-70mm behind weld not 50mm as instructed then I would of missed it. Please help. Manny thanks. |
Re: Cutting Converter
It's the CAT. A lot of people opt to hack it out with a flat edge screw driver.

Re: Cutting Converter
IMO it serves no purpose to remove it, leave it in, won't do any harm.
