Taken off Apples site.
Can I really run Windows applications on my Mac? Yes, you can. Since Apple’s transition to Intel processors in 2006, Windows applications run beautifully on the Mac—faster than they do on many PCs, in fact. To run Windows applications, you’ll need additional software and a Mac with an Intel processor running Mac OS X v10.4.6 or higher. Every currently shipping Mac qualifies, but older Macs may not. Hmmm, ok that seems to be alot of effort and expense given i need a copy of XP etc.
Does anyone know of any good sites/places I can convert my google map route into an itinerary file? Or Phil, could I send you my route, for you to convert to Itinterary file and then send back? (just for this one time obv) |
Re: google maps onto tomtom
This is what my mates just told me...
Easy peasy, install Parrallels software then install windows. Dan, I can do the conversion for you no probs. |
Re: google maps onto tomtom
Ok, well currently, I have an itn file (which i believe to be what i need) However, i cannot figure out how to get it onto my tomtom. I pressumed it would be a drag and drop into the itn folder.......but i cannot find the itn folder. lol (and yes it has the intinerary function lol)
