Bike theft in Weston Super Mare is on the up
 

I had an e-mail from the Local NWC this morning warning bikers to keep their bikes well secured. It seems that bikers are being targeted in Weston at the moment and several bikes have been stolen already.

Sadly, our garage was broken into two weeks ago, but despite reporting it to the Police, no one was really interested in the case.

Keep your eyes open and your bikes locked up folks.

anything gone? we were broken into just before xmas, it's scary, but thankfully the bikes were still there :)

It was horrible thinking that some swine had been in our garage, but luckily the tool boxes are right at the back and you need to move the bikes to get them out. Thank the makers for really good locks, two Oxford Hardcores, two Disk Locks and a Magnum disk lock and chain, this lot stopped them moving the bikes.

Only one thing to do to a thief. :smt067

Jayne do you have a garage alarm or defender? There will be a high probability that they may return for another look!

She doesn't need one she's got a Carol ;) Good advice though as they may return tooled up for the job.

Security has been enhanced on the Garage and my Lovely Carol has been given free reign to batter, behead and mulch any nerdowells found in our garage.

It is only murder if they find the bodies! ;-)
