He began limping yesterday and now can't walk on his front paw, took him vets coz his paw rather swollen and red raw from all his licking. No puncture wound ruling out grass seed etc which he usually gets.

He is banned from walkies ;( and on anti biotics .... possible op on Friday.

He needs get well vibes ..... he not a happy puppy.

On flip side it means I got 3 hrs a day back where I don't have to walk him meaning this weekend i am out to play on Zuky. Watch it rain now ..... lucky pants I am hanging out with a vfr owner, does that mean I am in your club

He can smell of anythin Mike he rather hot ;) I will just have to get him in the shower before the ride lol ....... mmmm I may try this LOL

Awww, poor Samson. I had exactly the same with Stig when he was 18 months old. It was his back paw. After 3 failed x rays (too much swelling to see anything) and 3 expolratory operations, they eventually got an xray that showed a teeny bit of metal or glass...they never found out what it was. He got infected arthritis in his outside toe because of it, right in the joint, so he had it amputated. All better in no time, he doesn't miss his toe and much better than being on steroids forever.

Whatever it is Shell...they'll find out and get it sorted. He'll be fine, just a good excuse for him to get lots of extra cuddles ;-)

That is extra cuddles for Samson...not extra cuddles for hot VFR man ;-)

Thanks grunty I hope they find out what it is. He hates not having walkies and sad to see him look bored, he having lotsa cuddles and treats.

He got op on Friday but I am working v festival so cant be there for him ;(

Yes that Friday if it not gone down. which it isn't yet ;( he can't put weight on it
