GSXR K4/5 600/750 rearsets - fit pointy

I bought these recently to stick on my bike, however can't be faffed getting a longer linkage rod for the gear lever (I believe you can get them here http://myworld.ebay.co.uk/underboat9...84.m1543.l2533 ) and, think I actually want something that's lower, not higher.
