SV 650 S 2000 model, can anyone help out with my starting issues??

I purchased my SV650 S a few weeks ago and was completely fine but recently my 30 amp fuse keeps blowing when i turn the bike on, but sometimes it will turn on and work perfectly where as other times it will turn on but wont start/turn over, does anyone have any ideas as to what it could be? Thanks

Try a search on here for chafing and wiring loom.Theres a load of stuff about shorts from that
