Very interesting, trouble is it was partly their fault the banks collapsed as they invested in bad investments and banks' major income is from stock markets not home loans etc.

Respect to him though, he was honest.

People borrowing what they cant afford, banks lending to the people who could afford it.

That guy is saying it as it is, luckily i have nothing to lose :-)

Funny thing is this guy is not even a trader, he lives in a £200k house with a Mortgage...but the mortgage belongs to his partner.

I know of a number of stock exchange traders and they are all skint, this image of them all driving around in Ferraris is a myth. They are often very good at making money for other people but frequently crap when it comes to their own finances.

All the traders I know of, and worked with personally (hmm - 30 or so?) are all what one would consider rich.

Most of them are also a$$holes though.:smt040
