With regards to the top hat bushes => they are 9mm high, internal diameter is 6mm, external diameter is 8mm, outside diameter (on the washer/top hat face) is 14mm and 1mm thick.

Thank you for the information but you gave me the measurements of small bush that manual says to be 14x8,5, to me is the measure of the bushing that goes in the only forum in which the two fairing (the lower fairing and upper fairing) overlap should be slightly larger than a bush and longer.
