Re: Endless chain for SV - where from?
I think its OEM or OEM Bib
But they're about £170 a pop |
Re: Endless chain for SV - where from?
Endless? as in no split link? Its just a rivot link pressed together with a small tool. DID and Tsbaki are the prefered aftermarket ones really. HTH

Re: Endless chain for SV - where from?
don't think the OEM ones are even endless as the fiche lists a rivet link.
have been searching for ages and still can't find one. ooohhh well looks like i'll have to get one with a link. |

Re: Endless chain for SV - where from?
Why do you want to buy and endless chain?. (genuine question BTW)

Re: Endless chain for SV - where from?
2 reasons
1, they are terminated at the factory so there is no chance of a link coming loose. 2, it's an excuse to take the swingarm off to grease the bearings. BTW its not for me its for another member on here who got his bike from a member on here so we have no idea of the condition of the swingarm bearings. this gives us an excuse to inspect the bearings while changing the chain. |
