K5 speedo wiring help wanted please
 

I'm trying to use the 650 K5 speedo with the wheel, speed sensor and forks on a different bike.
Can anyone help with wiring diagram or know if it's possible to wire the speedo using simple feed/loom.

I'm confused, if you're going to use the whole speedo and pickup assemblies just wire them as they normally would be on an SV.

Power goes into the clocks, and is fed to the speedo pickup through the wiring from there, put the three wires from the pickup in their normal place into the clocks - you don't need to connect them elsewhere

OK cheers but will I not need to know what wires (live+) feed the clocks as I'm putting the clocks on a different bike i.e. 70s bike and making my own loom.
Trying to find diagrams at the mo.
