brake master cylinder - on GSXR front end

Hi,
I am in the proccess of fitting a new front end on my curvy SV. I have had the parts sitting about for ages but only recently got round to fitting them.
I have SRAD yokes that I am planning to fit, but as far as I can see, there is nowhere to mount the brake master cylinder, at least not in the same place its on the SV..

How have other done this? I was thinking of tapping a thread in the SRAD yokes and using the bracket off the SV in roughly the same place but wondering if

1. this is advisable
2. there is enough metal to tap a thread.
3. there is an alternative

Thanks chaps
Ben

1. Yes,
2. Dunno, probrably
3. Yes, not cheap but fits the bill

OK some confusion, my fault. I meant the splitter, attached to the underside of the bottom yoke, not the master cylinder sorry.

OTOH that's from SV racing parts so you're probably better off catching crabs.

Don't bother with splitter, fit some braided lines.

+1 to what YC says. Run two lines direct from the master cylinder to each caliper. You'll need a double length banjo bolt, as well.

Sounds like a plan, cheers.

Why didn't you say that in the first place :smt091

Like the others said you don't need the splitter :D
