Lol, I'll bear that in mind ;) Btw what kind of age range are the members here?

Re: Just saying hi

Full spread of ages mate, very few actually act their age though. Some young 'uns 18 and upwards over Birmingham way. There are a couple of right fossils over Worcester way and also up towards Nuneaton who forgot to grow up. There's a middle aged grumpy bloke over in Brum who keeps telling us his body has been knackered out by his physical job. We have an honorary member who left the area an now lives down London way, but still comes up for rideouts, he's only in his early 20's, but already has a crop of white hair and he wears his Dad's jumpers. There's your typical mid life crisis family man who's totally under the thumb and can't decide whether to sell or keep his bike. A really skinny guy who rides the wrong colour Triumph and is too fragile to ride his KTM to and from the green lanes (uses a trailer, always has, denies it!). There's an old married couple over Birmingham way who left us; maybe next year they'll decide they can afford bikes again and come back. There a guy with really shocking ginger hair that likes to wear ladies clothes. A really, really, short one (think has to stop at a kerb) who's levels of sarcasm are beyond match.

It takes all sorts really mate.

A friend of Ralphs and a pointy owner? Have you got anything going for you?

It's OK, he's never met me, I just pointed him to the Madlanders section in another thread. You don't have to shun him quite yet.

Welcome mate :)

I presume I'm the grumpy middle aged one from brum?

Probably the oldest active member yet the only one who ever organises anything these days so more active than the young uns nearly half my age ;)

Give it a month and we'll be out on rides.

Do you fancy coming to normandy the end of april ? More than welcome dude.

Sounds good, I'm new to the trip/camping thing. How much will it cost all in, spending included?
