2001 Triumph Daytona 955i For Sale

I have decided to put my 955i up for sale. I'm looking for a TDM 850 mk2, or 900 as I think that they will suit my riding style. I have nearly a full service history with it (have done the last 12 month's servicing myself, but have records of mileage etc).
This is my daily rider (I don't own a car), so the mileage will change. At the moment it reads 37458.
I have both Keys & alarm fobs, has a Datatool Alarm, but I have disconnected it as it drove me up the wall when it was windy, it's very sensitive. It should just be a case of plugging it back in.
Scottoiler fitted a couple of weeks ago, but I haven't started using it yet.
Tyres are in good condition
Now has MOT until 24th March 2013
There are a few marks on the paintwork & a small piece of corrosion on the swingarm, but, for an 11 year old bike, I think it's in very good condition.
In the pictures, which were taken today, it has a comfort handlebar kit & Blue Flame exhaust. These will be removed on sale, but could be included if someone would like them (at an extra cost)
Has a Puig Double Bubble screen & I have the original
Just fitted a K & N Filter as I am getting ready to service it, so will have new Oil & filter as well as I'll change that too.
I have also got the Triumph data cable & software, so you can diagnose, or tune the bike as you wish.
It is looked after meticulously as I say, I don't have a car.

PRICE DROPPED TO £1800 ovno.

I've seen a bike I want, so grab yourself a bargain.

Not yet mate, still got them both. SV is going next week & the Daytona is going on Ebay today.
Didn't really think this through as I'm going to be stuck without transport for a few days, will have to borrow a vehicle from work if the Daytona sells

As much as I like TRX's, I want to do some touring this year & need something that will take some hard luggage & be comfortable for me & the missus. :)

I used to have this

was a great bike, apart from the alarm used to drain the battery all the bleeding time

Nice :)
The only thing I'm worried about with the TDM is the finish, as it will get ridden through all weathers & I know the appetite for rust that Japanese bikes seem to like.
I've found a couple that I hope fit the bill, so just hoping that the Daytona sells on Ebay now

It might not sell yet Ralph, so I might still be the proud owner :).

If you keep it ACF'd then you should be ok, mine lived outside, had some surface rust, that cleaned up ok. Comfiest bike I ever had :D
