Newb to the site & riding...
 

Afternoon guys & gals,

Thought I would drop a quick message to say hi, passed my DAS in February and got myself a 2000 650s half faired, only managed to squeeze in 300 miles so far but have to say i LOVE it and am so pleased i decided to get qualified!

Many other Peterborough based people on here? always good to know where people meet, good roads etc etc....

I have a couple of issues with the bike that i need to sort asap;
reg/rec issue (i think) & changing the fork seals, nothing to major but for someone with no spanner skills im a little concerned with it all!

Anyway, ramble over, look forward to making some new SV mates very soon :)

Im down the road in Sawtry but having a bit of trouble getting anywhere near my bike at the moment due to work/ family commitments. Keep an eye out though, Im sure these guys will be getting together soon.

Excellent, ill keep a look out on here then, anyone reccomed a good parts shop anywhere round here or am i best off online? i need a set of fork seals but as this is my first bike, ive always been a car man, i dont really know where to start....
