NW200 this week - anyone wanna go?
 

I know it's short notice but......

This week is the NW200 races in Portrush - Coleraine area.

I'm going with a few mates - I booked a hostel dorm way back in February. So does anyone fancy a run over to sample some bonkers road-racing?

I have 3 spaces left to use up. They are for the Thurs 17, Fri 18 & Sat 19 May. The hostel is close to the race route, a couple of miles away.

Pre-paid the whole dorm, so price would depend on how many bunks are taken but I can say it would be approx...
£40 each if all three spare bunks go,
£50 each if 2,
£60 for 1 person. Get my drift?

That price is for all three nights, so quite reasonable. From the website, the hostel is a very nice place, right by the beach. If... (IF!!) the weather is good, we are thinking a few beers n bbq on the beach in the evening maybe?

Getting there - we are going Stena from Cairnryan to Belfast -then an hour or so to the hostel. You'd have to book the ferry yourself but just shout me for anything you need to know.

There maybe a couple of spaces in a car - ie. if you get to the terminal yourself on Thursday 2pm, then join us the rest of the way. Back Sunday midday-ish.

I'm going! But gotta work on Friday, so just going over for a day trip. Camping in Stranraer and catching the 4:00 am ferry over and coming back Saturday night. Can't wait either.
