Maxxis supermaxx sport
Just got them fitted, off to put the wheels back on the bike and will update how they perform.
Tyres were £140 for front and rear and £20 to fit and balance so £160 all in. Previously had •Perelli dragon supercorsa •Battelax BT023 •Roadsmarts So that will be what I can compare them with Tread 0 miles = 4mm Front / 5mm Rear |
Re: Maxxis supermaxx sport
They're my favourite SV tyre. hope you have fun!

Re: Maxxis supermaxx sport
Cheers, put the wheels on and realised I had taken my TPG out from under the seat to use on the car so thought I'd ride to the nearest filling station and use the air there. I had 43 PSI in the front and 32 in the rear. Good effort on the garages part. TPG now back under seat.

Re: Maxxis supermaxx sport
Oh you wont find a garage that checks the pressure before handing the wheel back, mine came back at high 40's last time but the guy is my naighbour and did at least warn me to knock a few PSI out before riding.

Re: Maxxis supermaxx sport
Intrigued to see how you get on with these. Always been an Avon fan myself, but these Maxxis are a fair whack cheaper.

Re: Maxxis supermaxx sport
Might be different mileage performance if you changed the pilot and the bike Rictus ??
