i know they are busy but 2 weeks is taking the pizz, they are not even answering their phone. wont be using their websh!t again, don't care what bargains they have.

i can get stuff from china quicker than these monkeys.

Order it from the .de website, it's cheaper and if there's no UK stock, it'll arrive quicker!

I have had a similar problem, after a long wait they sent part of my order only and changed the online status to complete.

I contacted the Oxford branch it came from and even though they agreed the invoice had additional items on it they said it was nothing to do with them it was the fault of the online business.

As with Bibio they don't answer the phone or respond to emails so I sent a Paypal complaint which was ignored and that upgraded to a full claim this week which so far has also been ignored.

If they continue to ignored emails getting my money back should be straight forward but like Bibio I will not be buying from Hein Gericke again.

just to say i think the shop staff are spot on well edinburgh and glasgow are anyway so it wont stop me going into the bricks and mortar but as for the clicks.. well i'm to polite to say.

Same here. I was missing 1 thing from my order and they have not responded to any messages I sent and I couldn't get through on the phone, so have now opened a paypal dispute - which I fully expect them to ignore. Give it a couple of days and I'll upgrade it to a full claim then I should get my money back.

Very poor service and I won't be using their website ever again for anything. On the other hand, their shops and staff are great and really helpful.

I ordered a full Goretex suite over the phone from my local store, they confirmed all the items were in stock. I went to pick them up a few days later and they 'couldn't find' my gear. I got a refund, ordered it from the .de site and it arrived 3 days later and was cheaper than the UK store thanks to the EUR/GBP exchange rate (the EUR items are the same price as GBP i.e. £120 in UK, 120 EUR online). Even after paying the nominal delivery charge it was cheaper.

I have the email address of the UK service manager at HG if you want? I won't go into why other than say unable to buy goods from UK stores of HG but 100's listed on the de and two stores told me tough luck basically.

I was thinking it was just me, i`m still waiting for stuff from their diamond deals weekend of the jubile. I`ve raised it with paypal this week before it goes on too long.

Maybe they could offer some advice or contact details!!
