Trip around Europe - Father and Son style.
 

Hi all, though I'd better join the forums as I've had the SV a few years now...


Me and dad are planning a trip around Europe, or as much as we can cover in 10 days. My main reason for starting this thread is just to gather a bit of info on what to take, legals etc etc, getting over the channel (Ferry, tunnel etc.)

Also if anyone has done it before, if so maybe places to go/visit, looking for places that's got good scenery, nice roads, pubs/bars restaurants.

I know it sounds like I'm asking you all to plan it lol. Interested in people's thoughts.

Any input greatly appreciated.

You need to take all you paper work with you, ferry costs about 35 quid dover calais return, drive on the rhs lol and have a read here http://forums.sv650.org/showthread.php?t=156404 and in the other trip report threads in the euro tour section, have a great time, andy.
