I'm bored, project bike wanted.
 

Been a while, what've I missed?

Anyone know of a cheap project bike in the EAR area. Traditional type small to medium capacity, twin shock, tubular frame. Can be a total basket case, non runner, damaged.......but must be cheap, on a tight budget to build a little special. RD200/400 CB250/350 CX500 that sort of thing, Even something like a cg125 would do. Just something to tinker with.

I'll have a look thanks. Possibley not quite what in after tbh. Ideally want something light weight. I passed up a GS750et for £550, would have been ideal otherwise.

Thanks for that. They're cheap at the moment, but these auctions have some time to run. I've found the price of 125s to be a little ott. Any old twins are popular with cafe racer builders and all fetch good money on ebay. CB250RS would fit the bill and can be had fairly cheaply......if I can find one.
