new tv recommendations?
Hi tv is bust - need a new one - about 40", only got about 400 to spend - tempted to take it to bits but she says we've got to get a new one. I never get to watch it anyway. What does anyone recommend?

Re: new tv recommendations?
I picked up an LG 42LV355U which is a 42in LED tv with built in freeview. Nice little set, has plenty of HDMI ports, optical out for connecting to a surround sound system. Got it from Amazon at Christmas time last year. Think is was around £430 as it was the best price I could find.

Re: new tv recommendations?
TV's have reached a point where they are all pretty good now.
I've got a couple of 42 LG's that were sub £400 in Currys, do everything I want including USB playback. Dunno if HD freeview is built in now, that would be nice. |

Re: new tv recommendations?
Richer sounds often have good deals, we have two LGs a 42 and a 60" and have served us well for three years, was hesitant cos I hadnt heard of the make but they're fab.
