Restricted Pointy cutting out.
 

I've had my sv 650s pointy for just over a week and there's a problem, i dunno if its the bike or something to do with the restrictor but It's restricted through the air intake or what ever it is and the washers are there so less air gets in and when i rev it sometimes it just cuts out! :( Is it because theres loads of fuel and hardly any air and it kinda chokes itself or what? Help me! :-({|=
