Pointy bike calls for pointy parts, IMO.

I had something like these on - but they were cheap and consequently fell apart (else you could have had them when you bought my tail tidy!). Also weren't so small as to be invisible from behind.

Most tend to use something similar to the above. Loads of choices on shape. But also consider whether they're actually useful to someone behind you - regardless of how nice they are to look at. I did keep my originals even though they're harder to fit with a tail tidy. But I would have gone for something with longer stalks so that they are clearly distinguishable from the brake light and won't cause confusion in the dark.

18 months and no problems so far.

I've always fitted this type on mine:-

I've always prefered the clear lens with orange lamps inside personally.

Check also for clearance as they do different lengths. I think all four of mine were the short body but my missus bike required longer ones at the front to clear the bodywork.

The ones I had weren't the greatest, but I bought a cheap brand (not the ones in the link). The stem on one came loose and dropped out of the rubber mount. Fixable if I could be bothered - no point now though. Got 'em out of Halfords (in case I thought they looked crap) - GT Moto, I think they were.
