An Introduction..

Hi All

Gonna throw up an introduction to say hello to everyone...hi!
Ive been lurking around here as a guest for a while and Ive not seen to many people attacked yet so here I am!

So I'm Rob:

I Ride a 2012 Black Sv650, which I baught as my first big bike back in April. Since then I have done 6500 Great miles to no-where particularly fancy.
No Huge additions to the bike just some heated grips, crash bungs and Tutoro Auto Chain Oiler. Would really like to shove a screen and a more "vocal" can on it after its got some new tyres on.

Your most likely to see my "husky figure" riding around between Bolton and Liverpool which is to and from work where i test video games for a living. At weekends I can usually be spotted nipping over Rivington trying desperatly to get more confidence in corners.
Im not really a vocal person online (i do worry about speaking out-of-turn) so ill probably just be lurking around a bit like a creepy stalker. I'll try to keep the heavy breathing to myself.

Also like to say thanks as well to this site, its regualars, admins and contributors. I've learnt a decent amount from the large amount of detailed threads here - you've got a special community here and I'd like to try become a part of that (once im not such a newb). Feel free to ask any questions, no matter how bizare - although i think this mini-essay covers pretty much everything.

Oh and a picture of a my mostly stock and laden bike, after a trip to glorious Middlesbrough, since which it has been cleaned ;):

Hello and welcome :D you'll soon fit right in, lovely community and people on here. Keep an eye out on the Pennine massive section as we do occasionally go for a ride.
Question: how did you get such a cool job? And is it just as simple as playing games then writing a little review?

Josh :D

Hi Rob and welcome to the deliciously wonderful world if the Org.
The folk on here might seem a little odd but that's because most of us are and now you are one of the fold you need not lurk.

:D

Welcome aboard. Don't worry about speaking out of turn, it's quite appropriate to do just exactly that!
In fact it's better that way.

Welcome rob to the best forum on the interwebnet :)

Your confidence will soon come, try and make some org rides/meets, your anxiety will soon go once you've met a few people.

Don't worry about speaking out of turn, we like differing opinions on here, as long as everyone respects each others posts and opinions, you'll be fine.

Phil
