Yet another GSXR front end swap question.

Sorry about this people, I have searched for an answer but with no luck.....
I have a 99 curvy I want to get track ready for next year, will the front end from a 97 750 SRAD be a relatively easy swap?
Can I also use the rear shock from the same model?

Thanks for any advice/links.

almost any GSXR can fit but you will also require the yokes, wheel, discs, brakes etc.etc

if its a curvy another thing you will need is a bearing from http://www.twfracing.com/PartsPages/...adbearing.html and as far as i know it's the only place you can get them.

Thanks for the reply Bibio, I'll be getting a complete front end so will have wheel, disc etc

Will the rear shock from the GSXR fit the curvy?

Cheers for the link too.

i´m doing the same this winter but with a gsxr1000 K3 front on my curvy, have no idea what i might be into yet but at least i will have something to do. About the shock, i think it will be to short.

Cheers Bibio.

xlv - good luck with it mate, I'm surprised that twf racing are the only company that make the top bearing, at $45 plus postage costs it's not cheap!

SRAD front end goes right in with TWF bearing.

Some other cheeky tw*t was copying the TWF bearing a while ago but doing a very poor job, got the radius wrong so it didn't sit in right.

Get the TWF one, he was good enough to figure out how to do it, he gets my money every time not some rip off merchant.
