Powdercoating or repainting wheels?

So...paint is wearing on the wheels...does anyone have a ballpark figure of prices for getting them redone?

me brother got the wheels of his car shotblasted and powder coated, and i think it was about £90 per wheel and that was 18" rs4 alloys so id say bike wheels would be a fair bit cheaper. think thats about what it was

it's around £40 for a bike wheel to get PC'd but you have to take the bearings out.

Be VERY careful who powder coats your wheels - plenty of bike wheels have been turned to mush by overheating. If you get it done, make sure whoever does it knows what they're doing, preferably someone who specialises in wheels.
