Ecu restriction or washers and throttle stop?

Hey guys atm got the washers etc but just wanted to know the difference to an ecu? Heard its runs better and smoother but is it slower? Like does it get to 96 and stick there or will performance be the same?

In terms of installing it yourself, the ECU is so easy. So I'd recommend that.

You remove the seat side panels, then the seat and next to the battery is the ECU. Lift it up carefully and unplug it then plug in the 33BHP one.

I've never ridden an SV restricted with washers and throttle stop, so I don't know but I wouldn't go riding everywhere over 70 if I were you, 6 points in your first 2 years (I think) and your licence is gone.
