My DIY Tinted Screen With SV Logo
 

Last weekend i decided i wanted a tinted screen, and having seen the price of aftermarket screens i thought i would give DIY tinting a go, and should it fail then i would fork out some money for an aftermarket one

Here is the finished product - Quite happy with the results personally

looks good, did you spray the inside? only reason I ask is on my TRX a previous owner had spray tinted (with tint spray) the outside of the screen and dead flies seem to etch themselves into it.

Yeah just whipped the screen off, gave it a real good cleaning to remove grease etc and sprayed the inside :cool:

Takes a while to mask up as i decided to leave the little ledges clear to give it a border, and took a while to make a template for the SV logo but i thought was well worth the time, and saved a lot of money compared to an aftermarket screen :)
